How does the TV show Power of 10 do their surveys?

I love the tv show "Power of 10". I have been on the website and it says they get their questions and results from doing surveys of people of all ages.

Well I just got a phone call and usually I tell them, "We don't do anything over the phone." and hang up. I once did a survey over the phone and was on the phone for over 30mins!

Anyway, this time I took the time to answer the questions. From the questions though I kind of wondered if it could be from the team who does the Power of 10 surveys. A few times she said, "We want to make sure we get a wide range of people." and stuff like that.

This is from their website:

Survey data for Power of 10 questions is collected and processed by an independent public opinion research firm, Rasmussen Reports, LLC.

Would they be the kind that do the phone calls and surveys people??
