I have been told that these 2 emotions have the same root, and are simillar, not opposite. So what happens why the finally come to a head and meet??

When Love and hate collide then the true beauty of heart arises as the twilight and the dawn appear when the two opposite phenomenon the day and the night collide. I think there is no good love without hate and there is no good hate without love therefore they two are the two sides of same coin and as head and tail mingle together to make a valuable coin love and hate mingle together to make a strong relation.
Reply:Being that they are both very strong emotions, the combination of hate and love in a marriage or relationship often leads some sort of physical trauma.





I think it's Lifetime that runs that show Snapped about spouses (most of those shown are women) who kill their husbands and that's the first thing I thought of when I read your question.

That's when you start referring to Taiwan as "home".
Reply:Somebody gets hurt. It's true....love and hate are not opposites but extremes of the same intense emotion. Like any other mixing of "extremes", it is destructive. It's like throwing a match into a container of gasoline. Stand back....way back.
Reply:it passion. it's kinda like a love hate thing. you love it but then you hate. when it's there you hate and love it. but when it's gone you love and hate it. too. i know confusing but that's life for ya.
Reply:Love usually wins over the evil of hate (with the exception of heaven and hell)! Love will eventually conquer any hate as the hater will see that hate solves no problems as Love will as noone wants to co-operate with a hateful person who only wants destruction!
Reply:To Be honest, I think Most relationships are like that. I mean you may secretly hate a friend or partner, but love them to bits all the same.





Hate would Win the war because Love's he♥rt is too strong to fight and is too gentle.
