I like writing poetry... it all started when I submitted a poem to a website in 5th grade which turned out to accept virtually every poem submitted... I was upset when I found that out, but by then, I had developed a love for writing poetry.

Reply:I love reading and writing poetry. I've done it sense I was very young and being able to put my feelings down was such good "therepy" for me. Poetry helped me through alot of emotions and hard times. To me its a very liberating experience. I now encourage my daughter to write as well (shes 9) and I love it when she wants to show me the latest that shes written. On so many levels, poetry brings people together, which is another reason to love it! Best wishes! =D
